连续环状色谱分离果糖-葡萄糖的研究

摘要 用静态法研究了果糖、葡萄糖及果糖- 葡萄糖混合溶液的吸附相平衡关系, 发现在实验范围内吸附等温线是线性的; 研究了连续环状色谱(CAC) 对果糖- 葡萄糖的分离性能; 测定了不同操作条件下果葡糖在连续环状色谱上的流出曲线, 建立了数学模型以进行理论预测, The adsorption isotherms for fructose, glucose and fructose_glucose mixture were studied by static method. Linear equilibrium relationships were obtained in the experimental conditions. The separation properties of continuous annular chromatography (CAC) on fructose_glucose were studied too. For different operation conditions, chromatograms of fructose_glucose mixture on CAC were measured. A mathematical model was developed to predict theoretically. It was shown that the model was very fit with experimental results.
