摘要
以凹凸棒土为吸附载体,活性炭为添加剂,TiO2为光催化剂分别制备凹凸棒土/活性炭、凹凸棒土/纳米TiO2、凹凸棒土/活性炭/纳米TiO23种多孔陶瓷球,研究其对印染废水的处理效果。初次处理后,第三种陶瓷球对废水的降解率最高,通过避光前后降解率的对比,表明在降解过程中发生了光催化作用;重复3次同样的试验,结果表明第三种复合球对印染废水的处理效果最好。通过正交试验的方法,研究了质量比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间和分散剂用量对废水处理效果的影响。本试验条件下,通过综合平衡分析后的最优方案为:质量比6∶1∶1、温度400℃、时间90min、分散剂用量0.5mL。
Three porous ceramic ball were prepared with attapulgite,AC and TiO2,such as attapulgite-AC,attapulgite-TiO2 and attapulgite-AC-TiO2.The research was on treatment of dyeing wastewater.The rate of degradation was the highest by the third ceramic ball at first treatment,and the progress was done in the dark again.By contrast,it is showen that catalysis of light acted in degradation process.And the results showed that the third ceramic ball was the best one on wastewater.By use of orthogonal experimental design,the effects of mass ratio,temperature,time and the amount of dispersant were investigated in the laboratory.After a comprehensive analysis,the optimum program were as follows: mass ratio was 6:1:1;calcination temperature was 400℃;time was 90min and the amount of dispersant was 0.5mL.
