Comprehensive Evaluation on Agriculture Cycle Economic in Sanjiang Plain

评价三江平原的循环农业发展现状。通过建立三江平原农业循环经济发展水平评价体系,运用层次分析法对三江平原2003-2008年的循环农业发展现状进行综合评价分析。剖析了三江平原农业循环经济发展的现实情况以及影响三江平原农业循环经济发展的促进因素和阻碍因素。发展农业循环经济对解决三江平原的农业可持续发展有着重要的现实意义。

The development status of circular agriculture in Sanjiang Plain is evaluated in this paper.Through establishing evaluation system of agricultural cycle economic development level in Sanjiang Plain,the analytic hierarchy process was used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze development of circular agriculture in Sanjiang Plain from 2003 to 2008.The development of agricultural circular economy and impact of incentives and disincentives development of agricultural cycle economic were analyzed in this article detailedly and completely.It has important practical significance of the development of agricultural cycle economic for solving the agricultural sustainable development in Sanjiang Plain.
