新疆兵团就业结构与产业结构互动研究

The Interactive Research in Employment and Industrial Structure of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

通过分析新疆兵团产业结构与就业结构的变动趋势,并利用回归分析、弹性系数、结构偏离度等理论方法分析产业结构与就业结构的发展关系,结果表明新疆兵团产业结构与产业结构不尽合理,而且两者之间协调性较差。最后,从新疆兵团实际出发提出了产业结构与就业结构调整优化的相关政策建议。

According to the analysis the changing trend of industrial structure and employment structure of Xinjiang production and construction corps（XPCC） and the development relationship between industrial structure and employment structure is analyzed by using the regression analysis,elastic coefficient,structure deviation ratio theory,the results show that the industrial structure and employment structure of XPCC are not very reasonable,and there is rather poor harmony between them.At last,there are some relevant proposals for the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure and employment structure from the situation of XPCC.
