摘要
上桥泵站改造工程的三台立式同步电动机,在空载试机中开机30min内,定子温度急剧升高,比环境温度高85℃后仍上升不止。对三台电机温升偏高的原因给出定性分析,并提出具体处理方案及施工方法。完工后现场试验及空载试验数据均符合国家有关标准和标书要求,同时也说明同步电机定子温升偏高的分析是正确的,处理方案是可行的。
The Nanjing Turbine & Electric Machinery(Group) Co.,Ltd.assumes three vertical synchronous motors in the reconstruction project of the Shangqiao pumping station.On the no-load test,the stator temperature sharply rises.The temperature is higher of 85℃ than the ambient temperature in the boot 30min.And the temperature is increased.This paper gives the reasons for the high temperature of the three motors of qualitative analysis,and proposes specific treatment options and construction methods.After the completion,the field test and no-load test data are in line with national standards and bidding document.It shows that the analysis of the high synchronous motor stator temperature is correct and the treatment is feasible.
