摘要
目的观察护理干预对脑损伤致单侧空间(unilateral spatial neglect,USN)忽略临床疗效的影响。方法将确诊的脑损伤致单侧空间忽略患者随机分成观察组和常规组,观察组在常规组的基础上配合USN康复护理干预纠正。结果观察组治疗后USN的改善程度显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预对改善单侧空间忽略具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on brain injury caused by unilateral spatial neglect （USN）. Methods The patients with brain injury caused by USN were randomly divided into conventional group and the observation group which was treated with the USN rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. Results After treatment, the degree of USN improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the conventional group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention is very important for the improvement of USN.
