摘要
研究了在新建铁路技术方案比选中权重的确定所涉及的理论与方法,对这些方法的优缺点进行了初步探讨,提出了经改进后的层次分析法的可行性,并举一示例证明其有效性.
This paper studies the theory and methods of weight value determination in comparing and selecting atternative schemes of new railway construction.The advantages and shortcomings of these methods are discussed, and the feasibility of an improved AHP is proposed. Its effectivity has been shown in a case study.
