预测某汽油吸附脱硫装置职业病危害因素及关键控制点分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的预测某汽油吸附脱硫装置职业病危害因素的种类和程度,并分析其关键控制点。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》划分生产单元,采用经验法、类比法、检查表法进行分析。结果生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素有汽油(内含苯及芳烃)、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、甲烷、乙炔、吸附剂粉尘及吸附剂含有的镍、钴、噪声、高温、工频电磁场、电离辐射等,类比检测结果均低于职业接触限值。但炼油部有25.59%的噪声操作工人听力异常。结论该项目主要的职业病危害因素较多,其中最主要的是化学毒物、噪声和电离辐射危害,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。 Objective To predict occupational hazards for the gasoline adsorption desulfurization device and analyze critical control points.Methods Analogy,experience and cheek list methods were applied for identifying occupational hazards.Results The occupational hazards existed in the device were chemicals,noise,high temperature,electromagnetic field and radiation.Chemical poisons included nickel,sulfur dioxide,carbon monoxide,marsh gas,acetylene,nickel and its compounds.Detection results of the analogy project showed that exposure levels of all occupational hazards were below occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Some measures should be strengthened to chemical poisons,noise and radiation in the gasoline adsorption desulfurization device.
