摘要
目的识别、分析某公司硝酸装置节能技改项目职业病危害因素,并进行控制效果评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布置、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理、卫生辅助用房等均符合国家标准的要求。该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、氨、二氧化氮、硝酸、粉尘;毒物与粉尘的检测合格率均达100%;噪声检测合格率达87.5%。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,其职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To identify,analyze the risk factors in the technical transformation project for nitric acid installation in the company,and evaluate the control effect.Methods The methods of field investigation,checklist and detection were carried out.Results The items including the selection of site,the arrangement and layout of the facilities,occupational disease prevention and protection measures,individual preventive articles,the arrangement of occupational health and the facilities of auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of national regulations.The main occupational risk factors were noise,ammonia,nitrogen dioxide,nitric acid and dust;the qualified rates of poisonous chemicals and dust were 100% and that of the noise was 87.5%.Conclusion The construction project is serious occupational hazard project.From the occupational health analysis,the protective measures are feasible and effective.
