Assessment Reports on Effect Control of Occupational Hazards in 24 Construction Projects

目的探讨建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价过程中存在的问题,为进一步做好此项工作提供依据。方法对24个建设项目的职业病危害因素种类及毒物种类检测率、职业病危害因素检测结果与建设项目职业病危害分类、职业健康检查评价资料等方面进行统计分析,找出评价过程中存在的问题。结果 24个项目涉及89种毒物,仅对其中55种毒物进行了检测。职业健康检查率上岗前为41.7%、在岗期间为54.2%,所有项目检查出的异常结果均未复查;9家具有职业病健康检查资质的医疗机构,仅1家出具的在岗期间检查报告有总结报告。结论目前建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价过程中尚存在毒物检测种类不全、缺少职业病危害分类依据、职业健康检查不规范及健康监护资料不全等问题,均可能对评价结果产生影响。

Objective To explore problems in assessing control effect of occupational hazards in the construction projects.Methods The indexes such as kinds of occupational hazards,monitoring rates of industrial toxicant,results of hazardous substances monitoring,degree classification of occupational hazards and occupational health surveillance were analyzed in 24 construction projects.Results There were 89 kinds of occupational toxicants in 24 projects,only 55 kinds of poisons had been detected because of the limits of detection conditions.The rates of occupational health surveillance before work and on the post were 41.7% and 54.2%,respectively.There weren＇t any dates of re-examination for the abnormal health results.Only 1 of 9 medical institutions that had qualifications of occupational health examination gave the summing-up report of occupational health surveillance on the post.Conclusion Problems are existed in assessment of occupational hazard control effect in construction projects,including the incomplete toxicants determination,the lack of classification basis of occupational hazards,the non-standard of health surveillance,the imperfect information of health examination and so on,and each of these problems may affect the conclusions of assessment.
