膳食及生活方式与高血压患病影响的多因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨影响居民高血压患病的膳食及生活方式影响因素,为高血压的防治提供科学依据。方法对随机选取就诊于某门诊的患者作为研究对象,通过"全国高血压防治微机网络管理"软件,进行膳食、生活方式调查,同时进行血压测量,采用SPSS12.0软件包分别从食物和生活方式上进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果将膳食因素纳入Logistic回归模型,其中钠和油脂类食物是高血压的危险因素(OR值为95%可信区间,分别为1.230,1.225),缺乏体育锻炼和中心性肥胖与高血压患病明显呈正相关(OR值分别为1.712,1.643)。结论高血压患者的膳食及生活方式在影响因素中有危险因素,也有保护因素。通过健康教育和健康促进,倡导合理膳食和健康的生活方式是防治高血压的有效措施。 Objective To explore the effect factors of dietary and lifestyle on hypertension and to provide reference for hypertension dietary and lifestyle intervention.Methods A total of 3 548 out-patients were randomly selected as objects.Through the National Hypertension Control Computer Network Management software,questionnaires and blood pressure were conducted by trained investigators,and multiple logistic regression model was used to analyze the data.Results Consumption of salt(OR=1.230) and rich-fat food(OR=1.225) were risk factors of hypertension;lack of physical exercise(OR=1.712) and obesity(OR=1.643) were negatively correlated with the prevalence of hypertension.Conclusion There are risk and protective factors in diet and lifestyle factors of hypertension.Reasonable diet and healthy lifestyle are effective measures to control high blood pressure through health education and health promotion.
