TERBIUM(Ⅲ)AS FLUORESCENCE PROBE FOR THE DETERMINATION OF EPINEPHRINE

摘要 肾上腺素( E) 与 Tb3 + 在p H 6 .6 ~7 .2 条件下能形成较强的荧光络合物,其激发峰在305 n m ,发射峰在494 n m 和545 n m 处,肾上腺素在8 .2 ×10 - 8 ~9 .8 ×10 - 5 mol/ L 范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系,检出限为2 .25 ×10 - 8 mol/ L. It has been found that epinephrine(E) can form complex with Tb(Ⅲ) at pH6.6~7.2,which emits characteristic fluorescence of Tb(Ⅲ).The excitation and emission wavelengths are 305 nm,494 nm and 545 nm,respectively.A linear reltationship has been obtained between the fluorecense intensity and E concentration in the range of 8.2×10 -8 ~9.8×10 -5 mol/L The detection limit is 2.25×10 -8 mol/L(S/N=3).The determination of samples give satisfactory results.
