项目发起人角色的情境化研究 被引量:1

摘要 项目发起人在公司治理和项目治理的组织架构中处于中间位置,连接着组织最高领导层和项目实施管理层。其具体角色和行为方式直接影响项目的执行情况,对项目能否成功、能否最大程度地满足企业战略发展需要具有重要作用。通过实证研究,分析总结了项目发起人在不同情境下的角色和有效行为模式,构建了项目发起人角色的二维情境模型。研究结果具有理论和应用价值。
