对5个周麦品种不同生长时期叶片叶绿素含量的系统变化及寒害对这种变化的影响进行了研究．结果表明，不同小麦品种叶绿素含量的变化基本相同，即越冬期至孕穗期迅速上升，遇寒害下降，寒害结束后缓慢回升，而后迅速上升，至灌浆期达最高峰，随后下降．

It was studied that the change of chlorophyll content in wheat leaves from 5 varieties and the effect of cold injury. The result showed that the change from different wheat varieties was identical basically. The change trends were going up from overwintering stage to boot stage, down when cold injury occurred, up when it ended and reached climax in grouting stage
