粘虫((Mythimmniaseparata)血淋巴对人ABO血型系统红细胞有同等的凝集活性,对兔、小白鼠、豚鼠、蟾蜍、鲫鱼、鸡红细胞有不同的凝集活性,对山羊红细胞无凝集活性.其凝集活性能被D—半乳精明显地抑制.对Ca2+无依赖性.70℃处理15min凝集活性趋于零.粘虫核型多角体病毒的诱导使其活性明显增加.化蛹早期及蛹期凝集活性下降.血淋巴凝集素通过盐析、凝胶过滤和纤维素层析得到分离.它在SDS—PAGE中表现为单一带,为糖蛋白,分子量为6.08×104.其蛋白质含量为96.74%,糖含量为1.36%.
The lectin from the hemolymph of Mythimmnia separata Larvae was found to have the same activity to agglutinate the red blood cells of human type A, B and O. It could not agglutinat the red blood cells of sheep. This activity was inhibited distinctly by D-galactose and was independent of Ca2+. When the hemolymph was heated at 70℃ for 15 min, its aggluginating activity almost disappeared. The activity was greatly increased by the induction of HaNPV. The lectin was isolated by (NH4)2SO4 salting out, SephadeX G-100 gel filtration and DEAE-PAGE. The molecular-weingt of the lectin was 6. 08×104. It was of glucoprotein. It contains 96. 74% protein and 1. 36 % carbohydrate.
