远红外温热治疗仪治疗功能性便秘的护理与疗效观察

Clinical research and nursing of functional constipation with far-infrared thermal therapy instrument

目的 客观评价远红外温热治疗仪对功能性便秘的有效性和安全性.方法 采用随机、开放、对照的研究方法,从2008年3～6月来我院肛肠科就诊的患者中随机选取了满足纳入标准的功能性便秘患者60例,均符合罗马Ⅲ标准,按随机方案纳入试验组和对照组各30例.年龄：试验组平均48.87（30～70）岁,对照组47.57（29～68）岁;性别：两组很巧合均为男5例,女25例.本病治疗史：试验组无治疗史7例,有治疗史23例;对照组：无治疗史10例,有治疗史20例,两组病例均无脱落和剔除.实验步骤：受试者和衣仰卧于治疗床上,调节温度旋钮到42～55 ℃,在此温度范围内根据患者个体对温度的实验舒适灵敏度而调整适当的实验温度,按下负离子发生器开关,每天一次,每次60 min,共10 d.于前、中、后分别进行功能性便秘症状评分.所有病例在治疗前给予心理护理,在治疗过程中加强饮食和运动护理.结果 试验组临床治愈率23.33%,显效率36.37%,有效率40.0%;对照组临床治愈率16.67%,显效率30.0%,有效率：33.33%,两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 远红外温热治疗仪与温热电位治疗仪对功能性便秘有类似的临床疗效和安全性.

Objective To evaluate the effective and safety of far-infrared thermal therapy instrument treating functional constipation.Methods Random, open and control research methods were adopted, sixty cases with functional constipation were selected from March to June in2008, and were randomly divided into the test group and the control group respective 30 cases, which all.consistented with Rome Ⅲ standard.Age： average age was 48.87 （from 30 to 70）in the test group and 47.57 in the control group （from 29 to 68）.Sexuality：5 male cases and 25 female cases in each group.Medical history： in the test group 7 cases had no medical history, 23 cases had medical history; in the control group 10 cases had no medical history, 20 cases had medical history.Laboratory procedure： The receptors lied on the treatment couch, adjusted the temperature （42 ℃～ 55 ℃ ） which the receptors felt comfortable, turned on negative ion generator, once a day, every time 60 minutes, 10 days a treatment cycle.Functional constipation symptom were valued in the three periods of the experiment All patients were provided with mental nurse help before treatment and diet instruction and excise instruction were strengthened during the course.Results In the test group clinical cure rate was 23.33%,excellent rate was 36.37%, effective power was 40.0%.In the control group clinical cure rate was 16.67%, excellent rate was 30.0%, effective power was 33.33%.the difference between two group had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.005） .Conclusions Far-infrared thermal therapy instrument and thermal electric potential therapy instrument have similar clinical effect and safety in treating functional constipation.
