对氯苯乙酮双缩硫代对称二氨基脲配合物及其抗癌活性的研究

Studies on Complexes and Their Anticancer Activities of 1,5 Bis(p chloroacetophenone) thiocarbohydrazone

合成了对氯苯乙酮双缩硫代对称二氨基脲（ＨＬ）及其与ＣｕＣｌ２、ＮｉＣｌ２、ＣｏＣｌ２的配合物，通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、磁化率、摩尔电导等对配体和配合物进行了表征。测试了配体和配合物的抗癌活性。

In thim paper,1.5 Bis (p chloroacetophenone)thiocarbohydrazone(HL)and its CuCl 2,NiCl 2,CoCl 2 complexes were synthesized.The liand(HL) and its complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR,UV, magnetic susceptibility and molar conductivity. The anticancer activities of the ligand and its complexes were tested.
