壮骨通经散治疗骨质增生148例

146 Cases of the Treatment of Hyperostosisby Zhong Gu Tong Jing San

目的：探讨中药外治骨质增生的有效方法。方法：对１４８ 例颈椎、腰椎、膝关节骨质增生患者应用壮骨通经散药饼外治，并按中医辨证分为风寒湿痹、肾虚、气滞血瘀三型进行治疗前后自身对比。结果：壮骨通经散治疗各型骨质增生均有较好疗效，总有效率为８９８６％ ，对疼痛症状改善尤佳。结论：壮骨通经散外用治疗骨质增生，可缓解疼痛，提高生活质量。

Objective: To explore the effect methods of external treatment for hyperostosis by Chinese herbal medicament. Methods: 146 cases of patients of cervical vertebra、vertebrae lumbales ardknee joint hyperostosis were treated for external use by ZhongGuTongJingSan medical cares. According to the dialectical law of Chinese medicament, it includes wandering arthritis, defficiency of ren, stagnation of the circulation of vital energy and pool of blood, which contrasts the present with the past iteself.Results: ZhongGuTongTingSan which treats every kinds of hyperostosis has good curative effects, and with 89 86% of of effective rate. It was the best way of lessening the pain. Conclusions: ZhongGuTongJingSan which treats hyperostosis for external use can alleviate the patients’pain and improve the patients’life quality, it can be by one of the effective methods in treating hyperostosis.
