摘要
利用模拟计算对气缸盖排气道两种隔热方式——喷涂陶瓷隔热和空气层隔热进行了分析,比较了二者的隔热效果. 空气隔热效果比陶瓷隔热好约 4 倍. 预测了 B/ F8 L513 风冷增压柴油机采用隔热气缸盖时的整机性能指标,其指标比装非隔热气缸盖时有所改善.
The heat insulating method of the cylinder head′s exhaust port may be used with ceramic or air\|gap.The calculative comparison of the heat insulating effect of two methods is made in the same condition. The heat insulating effect of air\|gap is 4 times better than the ceramic. The performances are slightly improved. In the performance optimization test of the engine, the timing of injection can be increased and the cross section of the turbine blade may be adjusted to further decrease the cylinder head′s temperature and fuel consumption.
