摘要
研究了 Si Cp Z A22 复合材料的组织、界面关系及材料的常高温力学性能. 结果表明, Si C 较均匀地分布于基体中, Si C 颗粒与基体结合良好且在α Al界面上形成了少量 Al2 M g O4 过渡层;加入 Si C 颗粒可明显提高材料的强度和弹性模量且高温下表现出较好的力学稳定性.
The microstructure, the interface and the mechanical properties at ambient and high temperature are studied in SiCp\|ZA22 composites. The results show that SiC particles are distributed evenly in the matrix and there is a transition layer of Al\-2MgO\-4 at the interface between the partly α phase and SiC. The strength and modulus of the composites may be obviously improved by incorporating the SiC particles. The strength of the composites is more stable than matrix alloy in the high temperature.
