摘要
为实现氮化硅陶瓷齿轮的电火花加工新工艺,将氮化硅齿轮的加工采取电火花线切割及电火花珩齿工艺,并研究了该工艺的规律性及其工装特点. 结果表明该工艺有效可行.
It is proved that volumetric modifications getting suitable conductivity to employ EDM processes should be firstly selected in EDM structural ceramics in terms of increasing productivity. The processes of machining Si\-3N\-4\|gears are divided into raw wire\|EDM and finished ED\|honing gears, and ED\|honing\|gears process is developed into the machine structural ceramics.
