摘要
对自吸下式风动可控减速顶的结构特性、工作原理及应用效果进行了理论和实验研究。该顶能够实现自吸下、自锁闭和自解锁的功能,满足运输生产的要求。对所需要的风能进行理论分析,通过计算确定该独立供风系统的组成及各项基本参数。从锁闭状态和非锁闭状态两方面介绍了其控制原理和顶的结构特点。通过在三间房站的运营试验,证明了自吸下式风动可控减速顶能够适应高寒、高温差的恶劣环境,满足现场的使用要求。
This article discusses the development and application of pneumatic-locked controllable retarder.The wind energy which needs to pneumatic-locked controllable redarder carries on the theoretical analysis,through the computation determined that independence supplies the wind system's composition and each basic parameter.The article introduces design principle of retarder,and under the principle instruction,the topic-based group has carried on the design and the development work to pneumatic - locked controllable redarder,then determined the structural style of the retarder,realized the pneumatic - locked controllable function to satisfy request of the transportation production. In the final part introduces application of pneumatic - locked controllable redarder and its control system in Qiqihaer - Sanjianfang station.To prove TDJFK - 2006 pneumatic - locked controllable redarder and automatic speed control system of controllable retarder by computers can adapt atrocious circumstance of high cold and high difference in temperature.
