低碳经济已成为国内外研究的热点。发展低碳经济,推进低碳产业,已成为国内外发展的大趋势。我国是世界上最大的发展中农业大国,发展低碳经济、低碳产业,首先应大力倡导发展低碳农业、低碳作物生产。文章第一部分,讨论了低碳经济提出的背景、低碳经济的内涵、发展低碳经济的意义,以及我国发展低碳经济采取的行动与实践;第二部分简述了低碳农业的概念、特征、功能、意义和主要模式;第三部分,从低碳作物品种、低碳耕作制度、低碳施肥养地和低碳栽培技术等四方面,探索了低碳作物生产技术和措施。同时紧密结合当前国内外形势和农业生产实际,具有资料新、观点新的特点,对发展低碳经济、低碳农业与低碳作物生产具有现实指导意义和参考价值。
