中国农产品流通体制改革六十年回顾与展望

On the Sixty Years' Reform of China's Circulation System of Farm Produce

回顾了国内学者对我国农产品流通体制改革的研究成果,通过对建国以来我国关于农产品流通体制问题的相关重要政策变革的梳理与分析,将我国农产品流通体制划分为自由购销、统购统销、放开搞活和深化改革4个发展阶段。在总结我国农产品流通体制改革所取得的巨大成就的基础上,对我国今后农产品流通体制改革的进一步深化进行了展望,并提出了坚持社会主义市场化取向,进一步加强宏观调控能力,加强农产品流通体系建设等相关政策建议。

Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,China＇s circulation system of farm produce has transformed from division to unity,then from unity to division.The paper reviewed all the significant policy changes in its reform in the past sixty years or so and divided China＇s circulation system of farm produce into four stages,namely,the stage of free purchase and sell,the stage of unified purchase and sell,the stage of open up,and the stage of further reform.After generalizing the great achievements made in this regard,it explored the prospect that may be brought about by further reform and offered some policy suggestions.
