A Strategic Research on Jiangxi's Agriculture Intellectual Property Rights

为了有效地促进农业科技成果产业化,加强农业国际竞争力,推动农业持续健康发展,必须制定并实施农业知识产权战略,大力提升农业知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理能力,强化对农业发展的技术支撑。在分析我国农业知识产权保护面临新形势的基础上,分析江西省农业知识产权建设现状,有针对性地提出江西省农业知识产权战略的目标、主要任务和对策。

To promote the industrialization of agricultural technological fruits,improve the international competitiveness of agriculture,and guarantee its healthy and sustainable development,it is necessary to formulate and carry out agricultural intellectual property rights strategies,enhance the creation,application,protection and management capabilities of agricultural intellectual property rights and strengthen technical backup for agricultural development.The paper,based on an analysis of the challenges confronting China＇s agricultural intellectual property rights protection,studied the reality of Jiangxi＇s agricultural intellectual property rights construction and proposed its strategic goals,major task and countermeasures.
