荭草中的黄酮类化合物

The flavonoids of Polygonum orientale L

从荭草（ Ｐｏｌｙｇｏｎｕｎ ｏｒｉｅｎｔａｌＬ） 中分离得到５ 个黄酮甙， 通过光谱技术并参考文献鉴定出其结构分别为： 槲皮素３ＯαＬ鼠李糖甙、槲皮素３ＯβＤ葡萄糖甙、芦丁、荭槲皮素７ＯαＬ鼠李糖甙。

Five flavone glucosides were isolated from Polygonum orientale L.The structures were identified as quercetin 3′ O α L rhamnoside,quercetin O β D glucoside,rutin,quercetin 7 O α L rhamnoside and isorhamnetin on the base of spectral data.All these compounds are reported for the first time in the genus.
