特比萘芬联合10%浓碘酊治疗甲真菌病疗效观察

The effect observation of terbinafine combined 10% liquor iodi fortis in onychomycosis

目的观察特比萘芬联合10%浓碘酊外用治疗甲真菌病的疗效及安全性。方法将112例甲真菌病患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例给予特比萘芬片250mg口服,每天1次,连服7d后,改为隔日服用1次,指甲真菌感染患者连用7周,趾甲真菌感染患者连用9周;同时加用10%浓碘酊外涂,每天2次,指(趾)甲真菌感染患者连用时间分别为8周和10周。对照组52例给予特比萘芬片250mg口服,每天1次,指甲真菌感染患者连服8周,趾甲真菌感染患者连服10周。结果治疗组停药时、停药后6个月总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为3.3%低于对照组的17.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在疗效相当的情况下,治疗组所需药品费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论特比萘芬联合10%浓碘酊外用治疗甲真菌病临床疗效好,不良反应少,安全有效,节省治疗费用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of terbinafine combined 10% liquor iodi fortis in onychomycosis.Methods 112 cases patients with onychomycosis were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group（60 cases） were treated with terbinafine 250mg,once a day for 7d,finger onychomycosis patients were treated with terbinafine in every other day for 7 weeks and toe onychomycosis patients for 9 weeks;Simultaneously,externally treated with 10% liquor iodi fortis,twice a day,finger onychomycosis patients treated for 8 weeks and toe onychomycosis patients treated for 10 weeks.Control group（52 cases） were treated with terbinafine 250mg,once a day,finger onychomycosis patients treated for 8 weeks and toe onychomycosis patients treated for 10 weeks.Results At the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment,the cure rates of treatment group was no significant difference（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group（3.3%） was lower than that of control group（17.3%）,there had significant difference（P0.05）.In the case of a considerable effect,the drug costs of treatment group was lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Terbinafine combined 10% liquor iodi fortis in onychomycosis is effective,low-aderse drug reaction,save the cost of treatment.
