Effect of mercuric chloride on the pregnancy and embryo development of female mouse by abdomen injection was observed.The results showed that mercuric chloride has effect on the pregnancy and development of mouse with the increase of dosage,the rate of abortion,implantation,absorption and death of embryo all increase,and the rate and the degree of malformation also strengthen.
