摘要
研究以薄壁圆筒作弹性均载元件的多排推力轴承的均载机理- 应用有限元数值分析法对多排推力轴承进行整体分析研究- 优选、调整各薄壁弹性元件的刚度, 使各排轴承承载接近相同,以达到均载设计的目的-
This paper deals with a uniform load mechanism of a multi-serial thrust roller bearing with cylindrical shells as elastic elements The flexures and stresses of all spares of the bearing are analysed by means of finite element method regarding the whole multi-serial thrust roller bearing as the elastic system Based on the results obtained, the stiffness of every cylindrical shell is adjusted and optimized so that each series of the bearing is equally loaded The experiment and application results indicate that the quality of the product exceeds similar products
