摘要
研究了在pH2-0 条件下, 偶氮胂Ⅲ与牛血清白蛋白产生的结合反应, 据此建立了一种新的测定微量蛋白质的分光光度法- 方法的线性范围在0 ~40 mg/L, 桑德尔灵敏度为0-22 μg/cm2 ,相关系数为0-999 0 , 相对标准偏差为0-161 % - 所建立的新方法应用于人体液中白蛋白的测定。
A colour reaction between arsenazo Ⅲ and BAS was studied in pH2 0 medium, based on which a new spectrophotometric method for determination of protein was established The linear response range for BAS is 0~40 0 mg/L, the interrelated coefficient is 0 999 0, the relative standard deviation is 0 16% for 30 0 mg/L BAS and sandler sensitivity is 0 22 μg/cm 2 This new method has been used for determination of albumin in human body fluid, and good results were obtained
