研究了在ｐＨ２－０ 条件下， 偶氮胂Ⅲ与牛血清白蛋白产生的结合反应， 据此建立了一种新的测定微量蛋白质的分光光度法－ 方法的线性范围在０ ～４０ ｍｇ／Ｌ， 桑德尔灵敏度为０－２２ μｇ／ｃｍ２ ，相关系数为０－９９９ ０ ， 相对标准偏差为０－１６１ ％ － 所建立的新方法应用于人体液中白蛋白的测定。
