论区域教育均衡发展视域下的教师专业化发展 被引量:2

On the Development of Teacher's Specialization under the Visual Threshold of Balanced Development of Regional Education

摘要 教育均衡发展的着眼点在于实现基本公共教育服务均等化,教育资源得到合理配置,缩小区域差距。作为教育资源配置中最具活力和关键因素的教师,在教育均衡发展中起着至关重要的作用。区域教育质量的高低,教育均衡发展的程度如何,其关键点在于是否培育出专业化水平高的教师队伍以及在教师专业化发展过程中是否融入区域的文化因素。为此,该文提出动态平衡、梯度发展、文化适应的教师专业化发展路径,以期取得区域教育均衡发展的突破性进展。 The focus of attention of balanced development of education is the realization of equalization of basis public education,the reasonable distribution of education resources,and the narrowing of regional differences.Teachers,as the most active and critical factor in the distribution of education resources,play a vital role in the balanced development of education.The quality of regional education and the level of the development of education are determined by the level of specialization of teachers and the incorporation of regional cultural elements in the development of teacher specialization.Therefore,this paper put forward ways of development of teacher specialization such as dynamic balance,gradient development,and cultural adaptation,so as to achieve breakthroughs in the development of balanced development of regional education.
