目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治神经性皮炎经验。方法:以医案形式阐述神经性皮炎的病因、病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:神经性皮炎的病因病机,外为风湿热邪,内为情志内伤导致风湿热蕴肤,血虚风燥、肝郁化火而成。祛风、清热、利湿,养血、熄风、疏肝、泻火、止痒为基本治疗原则。常用防风、荆芥、蝉蜕、白鲜皮、刺蒺藜、苦参、全蝎、当归、生地黄、龙胆草、柴胡等中药。结论:辨证论治神经性皮炎有显著疗效。

Objective：To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of neurodermitis in clinic.Methods：Discuss etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,pattern of syndrome,method of treatment,formulas and medicinals based on medical records.Results：Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of Neurodermitis is that wind,heat,evil wetness outside,inside moodiness result in wind,heat,evil wetness damaging skin,blood deficiency wind dryness,pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI.Treatment principles of Neurodermitis are eliminating wind,eliminating heat,dehumidify,nurshing blood,stopping endogenous wind,disperse the depressed liver-energy,disperse the depressed liver-energy,purging pathogenic fire,alleviate itching;relieving itching.Common drugs for neurodermitis are Raidix Saposhnikoviae,Herba Schizonepetae,Periostracum Cicadae,dictamni cortex,dictamni cortex,tribuli,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Scorpio,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix gentianae,radix bupleuri,etc.Conclusions：Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for neurodermitis.
