摘要
在广泛进行文献检索基础上,概述了芝麻油的活性成分、药理作用和临床应用及食用注意事项等方面的资料,为其深入开发应用提供依据。
In this paper,it provides a more completed scientific basis for the sesame oil＇s further development and application by the summarizing of active ingredient,the pharmacological function and clinical application of sesame oil.
