增液承气汤加绿豆灌胃在抢救有机磷中毒中疗效观察

Observe the Effective of Zengye Chengqi Plus Green Beans in Treating Poison with Organophosphorus Pesticide

目的：观察增液承气汤加绿豆灌胃在抢救有机磷中毒中疗效。方法：选取85例服用有机磷量在50mL以上,胆碱酯酶活力小于15%有机磷中毒患者,随机分为非中药灌胃组（n=40）和中药灌胃组（n=45）,非中药灌胃组采用常规治疗,中药灌胃组加用增液承气汤加绿豆灌胃治疗,比较两组疗效。结果：中药灌胃组在用药12、24h后血清乙酰胆碱酯酶（AchE）活力较非中药灌胃组高（P〈0.05）,而血清CK含量、长托宁用量、住院时间,均较非中药灌胃组低（P〈0.01~0.05）。结论：治疗有机磷中毒,加用增液承气汤加绿豆灌胃治疗可有效减轻患者中毒症状,减少住院时间,节约医疗成本,可在临床应用。

Objective：To observe the effective of Zengye Chengqi（ZYCQ）decoction plus green beans in treating poison with organophosphorus pesticide.Methods：The 85 cases were selected,which drink of the amount of organic phosphorus in more than 50mL and the cholinesterase activity was less than 15%,were randomly divided into the group without Chinese medicine（n=40）,and the group with Chinese medicine（n=45）.The group without Chinese medicine were treated normally,and the group with Chinese medicine were gavaged with ZYCQ plus Green beans.Finally the efficacy was compared.Results：Compared with the group without Chinese medicine,the serum AchE activity in the group with Chinese medicine increased（P0.05）,while the levels of serum CK,the dosage of penehyclidine,hospital stay,were lower（P0.01~0.05）at 12h,24h after treatment.Conclusion：Using the ZYCQ plus green bean can reduce symptoms,short hospitalization time,save costs effectively in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide;the way can be in the clinical application.
