截根疗法配合辨证针刺治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Herpes Zoster by Jie-gen Treatment with Acupuncture Syndrome Differentiation

目的:观察截根疗法配合针刺治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组给予截根疗法配合针刺治疗,对照组给予西药治疗,治疗结束后进行疗效评价。结果:完成研究的60例患者,治疗组痊愈率为76.6%(23/30)、显效率16.6%(5/30);对照组痊愈率为53.3%(16/30)、显效率23.3%(7/30),两组均具有显著性意义(P>0.05),且治疗组优于对照组。结论:截根疗法配合辨证针刺治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效显著,与西药疗法相比能够明显加速疱疹结痂,减轻疼痛。

Objective：Observation the clinical effects on herpes zoster by Jie-gen treatment with acupuncture syndrome differentiation.Methods：60 patients are contrast randomly divided into two groups,treat group and contrast group.The latter treatment with western medicine routine method and the anterior treated with Jie-gen treatment with acupuncture syndrome differentiation.Results：In treat group,60 patients are completed the research,the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.6% in the control group,both of the groups have remarkable meaning（P0.05）,the pain is obviously relieved,and the rate of the curative effect is remarkably higher than contrast group.Conclusion：Use Jie-gen treatment treated with acupuncture syndrome differentiation with acute herpes zoster can release the pain and have a higher curative effect.
