摘要
目的:研究齿叶白鹃梅叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱的方法进行化学成分的分离和纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到化合物6个,经鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、十八碳酸单甘油酯(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、熊果酸(Ⅳ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅴ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ-Ⅵ均首次从此植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of E.serratifolia S.Moore.Method:Isolation and purification were carried out on the chromatography of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated on basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Result:Six compounds were isolated and identified asβ-sitosterol(Ⅰ),glycerol mono stearol acid(Ⅱ),oleanolic acid(Ⅲ),ursolic acid(Ⅳ),protocatechuic acid(Ⅴ),daucosterol(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
