HPLC法测定天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量

Determination of Gastrodin in Tianma Capsule by HPLC

目的：建立天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法：采用Agilent 1100液相色谱仪,Diamonsil TMC18柱（200mm×4.6mm）,流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液（2∶98）,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长222nm,柱温30℃。结果：天麻素在0.0186-0.2011μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.68（n=6）。结论：该法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective：To determine Gastrodin in Tianma capsule.Methods：Agilent 1100 HPLC,Diamonsil TM C18 column（200mm×4.6mm）was eluted,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid at the column temperature 30℃.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and detective wavelength was 222nm.Results：Gastrodin was proved to be linear in the range of 1.86~20.11μg with a regression coefficient of 0.9999.The average recovery was 98.4%（n=6,RSD=0.68%）.Conclusion：This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quantity control of this preparation.
