端侧吻合技术在神经损伤修复方面的发展及现状 被引量:2

摘要 迄今为止,神经损伤依旧是外科医师面临的严峻挑战之一。在促进神经功能恢复方面,将横断的受体神经吻合到供体神经的侧面,即端侧吻合技术是一种修复神经损伤的较好方法;然而,长段神经移植会面临神经内纤维化和靶器官萎缩等难以避免的缺陷。端侧吻合技术在理论上的最大优势在于其既能保持供体神经所支配的靶器官功能,又可以恢复受体神经支配的靶器官功能,现就神经端侧吻合的机制研究、实验工作、临床研究进行综述。
