膀胱尿道全切回肠膀胱术治疗顽固性间质性膀胱炎二例报告 被引量：3

摘要 慢性间质性膀胱炎（IC）是一种以尿频、尿急、间断性膀胱区不适，以及有可能发展为慢性盆底疼痛（CPP）为临床特征的多病因的临床状态。一旦存在CPP后，CPP会变成Ic所有症状中占有优势地位、持久且令人痛苦的症状。迄今为止，Ic及其继发CPP的诊断及治疗仍是泌尿外科疾病中的棘手问题[1]。对于那些接受保守及侵袭性较小治疗无效的患者来说，膀胱尿道全切除、尿流改道是最后的解决办法；
