摘要 1977年Gruentzig在瑞士苏黎世进行了世界上首例经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty,PT-CA）,开创了医学史上治疗冠心病的新时代[1]。单纯球囊扩张——裸支架（bare metal stent,BMS）
