子痫前期胎盘抑制素A、胎盘激活素A和胎盘抑制素B基因的表达 被引量:8

Expressions of Placenta Inhibin-A,Activin-A and Inhibin-B Genes in Preeclamptic Pregnancy

摘要 目的:探讨子痫前期患者胎盘中抑制素A(inhibin-A)、激活素A(activin-A)和抑制素B(inhibin-B)亚单位基因的表达水平及其意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术定量测定44例子痫前期患者和30例正常妊娠妇女胎盘中inhibin-A、activin-A和inhibin-B亚单位基因mRNA的表达。结果:子痫前期组胎盘中inhibin-Aα-βA亚单位和activin-A βA-βA亚单位基因mRNA表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而inhibin-B α-βB亚单位基因表达两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子痫前期患者胎盘中的inhibin-A α-βA亚单位和activin-A βA-βA亚单位mRNA表达水平升高,inhibin-A/activin-A水平可反映滋养细胞的功能,是监测胎盘功能有效指标,并参与子痫前期的病理生理过程。 Objective:To investigate the mRNA expression and the significance of inhibin-A,activin-A and inhibin-B subunites in the placenta from preeclamptic patients.Methods:The mRNA levels of inhibin-A,activin-A and inhibin-B subunites in the placenta from 44 pre-eclamptic patients and 30 normal pregnancies were measured by RT-PCR.Results:The mRNA levels of inhibin-A α-βA subunite and activin-A βA-βA subunite in the placentas from pre-eclamptic patients were significantly higher than those in the placenta from normal pregnancies(P〈0.05),while the mRNA expression of inhibin-B α-βB subunit between the preeclamptic and normal pregnancy groups were no significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclutions:The mRNA levels of inhibin-A α-βA subunite and activin-A βA-βA subunite increased significantly in the placenta from pre-eclamptic patients.The levels of inhibin-A and activin-A can reflect the function of trophoblastic cells,so they could be useful markers to monitor the function of placenta,and involve in the pathophysiologic process of preeclampsia.
