摘要
以蚕丝为模板,Al、Zr、Y的硝酸盐乙醇溶液为浸渍液,采用模板浸渍法制备了Al2O3-ZrO2-Y2O3复合陶瓷纤维。采用FE-SEM,XRD,TG-DTG和DTA对复合陶瓷纤维的制备及烧结工艺进行了分析研究,实验结果表明所得陶瓷纤维保留了原蚕丝模板纤维的形貌,随着烧结温度的提高,蚕丝基体逐渐热解,纤维直径逐渐变小,在1200℃烧结后的主要相组成为:α-Al2O3、θ-Al2 O3、Y2 O3稳定t-ZrO2和m-ZrO2。
Al2O3-ZrO2-Y2O3 composite ceramic fibers were prepared by template immersion method.Natural silk was used as template.Ethanol solution of Al(NO3)3,Zr(NO3)4 and Y(NO3)3 were used as immersion solution.The as-prepared fibers were characterized by FE-SEM,XRD,TG-DTG and DTA.The results indicate that the ceramic fibers retained the fiber morphology of the silk template and the diameter of fibers decreased with the increase of sintering temperature.After sintering at 1200 ℃,the fibers were mainly composed of α-Al2 O3,θ-Al2 O3,yttria stabilized t-ZrO2 and m-ZrO2.
