摘要
基于经典的玻璃性质-组成加和法则,建立了G3镍基合金热挤压润滑剂用硼硅酸盐玻璃黏度-成分计算方法,采用该计算方法对10种组元含量不同的硼硅酸盐玻璃的黏度特性进行了预测.结果发现预测值与实验结果吻合较好,表明该计算方法是可靠的.因此,采用本文建立的计算方法,可以反向设计玻璃的成分,使玻璃黏度性质满足G3镍基合金玻璃润滑热挤压工艺中对玻璃黏度性质的要求,从而为热挤压工艺中的玻璃润滑剂设计和制备提供理论依据.
Based on the classical first-order mixture method which describes the relationship between the property value and component,a modified mixture method for predicting the viscosity property of borosilicate glass lubricant used in the hot extrusion of G3 alloy was established.Then, the viscosity properties of 10 different borosilicate glasses were predicted using this method.The viscosity data predicted by this calculation method coincided well with the experimental data,which showed that the calculation model was of strong reliability.Therefore,according to this model,the glass composition could be reversely designed,which will assure the viscosity of glass to meet the requirements of glass lubricated hot extrusion of G3 alloy which has been raised in the first article.It provides theoretical guidance for the design and preparation of glass lubricant in the glass lubricated hot extrusion of G3 alloy.
