摘要
介绍了弯管的造型过程、浇注系统设计,并基于Castsoft的数值模拟分析,对弯管在低压铸造过程中的铸造缺陷进行了预测。通过改进浇注系统、放置冷铁,使铸件得到有效地补缩,从而大大提高了铸件的合格率。
The casting process and pouring system design of bend tube was introduced,then based on the numerical simulation analysis with Castsoft,the defect in the process of low pressure casting was forecasted.Through improving pouring system and using cold iron,the shrinkage in the castings gets effective filling,thus the pass rate of the castings greatly improves.
