摘要
对齿圈进行了工艺分析,提出两种不同的挤压工艺方案。建立有限元模型,借助于DEFORM-3D软件对该零件两方案进行了数值模拟;通过对应力、应变、速度、载荷等数据的综合分析,选择其中的一种合理可行的方案,采用该工艺挤压出符合图纸要求的合格产品。
The process of gear ring was analyzed,two different kinds of extrusion process schemes were proposed.Establishing finite element model,the two process schemes were numerically simulated by DEFORM-3D.Analyzing the stress,strain,speed and load,a feasible scheme was chosen to make the products which can meet the drawing requirements.
