摘要
针对传统智能工艺设计系统的缺陷与不足,结合基于实例推理和基于规则推理的方法,设计了一个基于实例的TIG焊CAPP系统。根据模糊数学原理,分析了工艺设计过程中各属性因素的影响,阐述了实例模糊匹配的策略和算法。在检索出相符的实例后,依据知识库对实例进行修正、验证最终完成复杂的工艺设计任务。
Combining the rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning,a CAPP system for case-based TIG welding was developed aiming at solving the deficiency of traditional intelligent process planning system.Based on the principle of fuzzy mathematics,the various factors of the design process were analyzed,and the strategy and fuzzy matching algorithms were also described.The instance was modified and tested according to the knowledge,and finally the complicated task of the process planning was completed after getting coincident instances.
