电极状态对镀锌钢板点焊质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分别在现场和试验条件下对试验用镀锌钢板进行了连续点焊工艺试验,并对电极不同状态下焊接接头进行了组织性能对比分析。结果表明:电极状态的变化会引起焊接过程动态电阻的突变,在动态电阻突变前,点焊接头均为合格,而在动态电阻突变后,点焊接头均为不合格,因此动态电阻的突变可作为判定焊接接头质量的主要依据。 In the condition of experiment and site,the continuous spot-welding process experiment was carried out on galvanized steel.And the microstructure and properties of the welded joints were compared under different electrode conditions.The experimental results show that the state changes of the electrodes cause the mutations of dynamic resistance in welding process.Before the dynamic resistance mutation,the spot welding joints are qualified and they are unqualified after the mutation.So the dynamic resistance mutations can be regarded as a judge of the quality of welded joints.
