摘要
超声检测是直缝埋弧焊管(LSAW)制造质量体系的重要环节。将可编程序控制器(PLC)应用于LSAW自动超声检测系统,可极大地改善焊管检测效率和可靠性,有益于提高焊缝质量和生产效率。本文介绍了LSAW自动超声检测过程及控制对象、工艺流程逻辑图、PLC的硬件接口系统及工艺软件编程等。
The ultrasonic inspection is the important link of the manufacturing quality system of longitudinally submerged arc welding(LSAW).The application of PLC in the automatic ultrasonic inspection of LSAW can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of inspection,and is helpful for raising the welding quality and productivity.The technical process and control object of the automatic ultrasonic inspection of LSAW,the logic diagram of technical process,hardware interface system and software program of PLC were introduced.
