摘要
对石油钻机绞车刹车毂用Mn-V钢的焊接性能进行了研究。通过对焊接接头力学性能分析发现,该材料存在一定的焊接脆性,焊后时效处理可以有效改善焊接接头的综合力学性能。在时效温度为500℃、时间30min时,焊接接头获得最佳的力学性能,屈服强度为560MPa。断口分析表明,时效处理后拉伸断口由脆性断裂转为韧性断裂。
The weldability of Mn-V steel used in brake-rim was studied by the analysis of mechanical properties,the welding brittleness was found on the alloy,By aging treatment,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welding sample is improved.When aging for 30 min at 500 ℃,the welding specimens get the best mechanical properties,with the yield stress is 560 MPa.The rupture changes from brittle fracture into ductile fracture.
