脐血造血干细胞归巢机制的研究进展

摘要 脐血造血干细胞移植在临床上已经得到广泛应用,但脐血移植后造血及免疫重建迟缓却是脐血移植的一大诟病。研究发现,脐血干细胞归巢缓慢是脐血移植后造血重建迟缓的一个重要原因。本文就脐血干细胞归巢缓慢的相关机制和处理对策的研究进展进行综述。
